Documentary service terms & privacy

Your purchase

One landscape video narrated in your selected language at 1080p, with duration within 10% of the selected package: 5 minutes $4.90, 10 minutes $8.90, or 15 minutes $12.90 USD. Includes MP4, SRT captions, script text, source/asset notes and JPG thumbnail. No subscription. Narration is synthetic. Visuals may include original graphics, AI illustrations and licensed assets. We do not promise live filming, celebrity voices, continuous cinematic generated footage or any specific third-party source.

Production and adjustments

Production enters a reviewed queue after confirmed payment. Expected delivery is normally within 3 hours; complex or unclear briefs may require clarification. Track the private order page and contact us if overdue. One adjustment within the original scope is included within seven days of first delivery. A new subject or substantially expanded script is outside that adjustment.

Appropriate requests and rights

Submit only material you are entitled to share and use. Do not send passwords, private identity records or confidential third-party information. We may decline unlawful, deceptive, impersonating or otherwise unsupported requests and contact you about resolution. Generated illustrations must not be presented as authentic historical footage. Asset restrictions, where applicable, are recorded with delivery; third-party ownership is not transferred. No guarantee of views, monetization, copyright-claim immunity or exclusivity.

Payment and problems

If a payment result is uncertain, use Check payment or contact support before paying again. If we cannot complete the agreed service, contact us for resolution, including a refund where appropriate or required by law. Statutory consumer rights are not excluded. Refunds are reviewed by the operator; this page does not authorize automatic duplicate charges.

Data and downloads

Your email, brief and order details are used to produce, support and deliver the video. Relevant brief content may be processed with AI providers and rendering services; do not submit secrets. Private links grant access and must not be shared publicly. Unpaid briefs expire after 24 hours, or seven days after checkout starts. Delivered files are available for 30 days after first delivery, then removed from the download service. Payment, consent and support records may be retained for accounting and dispute handling. Contact admin@rendun.co for access or deletion requests; legal retention obligations may apply. Customer material is not used as public samples without permission.
