These Terms govern your use of voice10.com and the voice10 AI audiobook generator. By using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use voice10.

The service

voice10 turns text you provide (or public-domain works we offer) into AI-generated, multi-voice audiobooks with sound effects and music. Output quality may vary and is provided on an "as is" basis.

Your account

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Your content & rights

You retain ownership of the books, manuscripts and text you upload ("Your Content") and of the audiobooks generated from them. You grant us a limited licence to process Your Content solely to provide the service. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to any content you upload and that generating an audiobook from it does not infringe anyone's rights.

Public-domain library

Our classic-book library is provided for works we believe are in the public domain in the United States. Copyright status varies by country; you are responsible for confirming a work is public domain in your jurisdiction before downloading or distributing it.

Acceptable use

You may not use voice10 to create or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, hateful, or that impersonates a real person's voice without permission, nor to abuse, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

Plans, commercial use & payment

Free output is for personal, non-commercial use. Commercial rights are granted on paid plans, per the plan terms on our pricing page. Paid subscriptions renew until cancelled; you can cancel anytime and access continues through the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Our intellectual property

The voice10 software, site, branding and underlying technology are our property and are protected by law. These Terms do not grant you rights to them beyond using the service.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated audio may contain inaccuracies or artefacts. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, voice10 is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify voice10 against claims arising from Your Content or your breach of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. Material changes will be noted by updating the date above.
