voice10 ("we", "us") operates the voice10.com AI audiobook generator. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. By using voice10 you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Account information — such as your email address and authentication details when you sign up.
• Content you upload — the books, manuscripts, PDFs, EPUBs or text you submit so we can generate audio.
• Generated output — the audiobooks we produce for you.
• Usage & device data — pages visited, features used, browser/device type, and IP-derived approximate location.
• Payment data — handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.

Cookies & analytics

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how the site is used. It sets cookies and processes usage data on our behalf. You can block cookies in your browser or use browser/Google opt-out tools.

How we use your information

To provide and improve the service (generating your audiobooks), operate your account, process payments, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, and analyse aggregate usage. We do not sell your personal information.

Your uploaded books

Content you upload is used only to generate your audiobook and operate your account. We do not publish it or use it to train third-party models. You can delete your content and account at any time, after which we remove it from active systems within a reasonable period (backups age out on a rolling basis).

Sharing & processors

We share data only with service providers who help us run voice10 — hosting/infrastructure, our payment processor, and analytics — under appropriate confidentiality terms, and where required by law.

Data retention

We keep account and content data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, then delete or anonymise it unless we must retain it for legal, tax or security reasons.

Your rights

Depending on your location (including under GDPR and CCPA), you may access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

Security

We use industry-standard measures (encryption in transit, access controls) to protect your data. No method is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard it.

Children

voice10 is not directed to children under 13 (or the age of digital consent in your region), and we do not knowingly collect their data.

International transfers

We may process data in countries other than yours; where we do, we use appropriate safeguards.

Changes

We may update this policy; we will revise the "last updated" date and, for material changes, provide notice.
